It is expressly clarified that the present Terms of Use are fully binding upon any visitor of the Website, to the maximum extent possible and insofar as they may apply. Where the term “use” is mentioned, it shall in all cases include simple access to and browsing of the Website.
  • The use of the Website and/or our Services by minors under eighteen (18) years of age is strictly prohibited. Any use of our Website by you constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use as well as of the Privacy Policy, which is available here, and which is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral and indivisible part of these Terms of Use, as in force from time to time.     If any provision of these Terms is found to be contrary to the applicable legal framework or becomes invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall automatically cease to apply and shall be severed from the present Terms, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company operating the Website and the visitor/user of its pages and services and shall bind only the parties hereto. No amendment or modification of these Terms shall be valid or form part of this agreement unless made in writing and duly incorporated herein.

  • Jurisdiction
    It is hereby expressly agreed that any disputes arising from the application of these Terms and the general use of the Website by the visitor or user, insofar as they are not resolved amicably, shall be governed by Greek law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki.
