- A dedicated 10-hour specialized training seminar, tailored to the specific scope of duties assigned, conducted prior to the employee’s integration into a relevant operational team alongside experienced professionals.
- Ongoing, role-specific training seminars on a semi-annual basis, covering procedures, equipment and new machinery, delivered by specialized instructors and senior company personnel.
